The release date for Agents Of Mayhem has been set and with the new trailer it looks like Agents Of Mayhem will be hitting us all this August
Last year at E3 we were all introduced to Agents Of Mayhem and all of the absurdly fun times that the game and characters mixed in could bring. Volition is definitely know for all of the insanity, no pun intended for those in the know, and this game surely piqued my interest when I had a chance to sit down and play it. Back then it looked to be another great game added to the growing library of Deep Silver and then things went mostly silent for Agents Of Mayhem. As it would seem, the silence was all to make sure the game was going to be completed and coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in a timely manner. That timely manner now having a solid date of August 15th of this year. Yes, we now have a release date.
On top of the release date here, we also have a nice new trailer for Agents Of Mayhem and instead of just being a bunch of action shots we’ve already seen just so we can get a release date, this one has a few more heroes mixed in that we haven’t seen just yet. To go one step further, it also looks like the game is channeling its inner 80’s here as well. Have a look at it all and you’ll soon understand what I’m talking about as Agents Of Mayhem is not set during that era. At least not as I’ve been led to understand just yet. If I had to guess I’d say that Volition has a hard-on for that time in human history given the catalog that they have, but that’s neither here nor there.
Agents Of Mayhem — Bad Vs. Evil
It’s Mayhem Monday, and the Agents are back! Agents Of Mayhem will be releasing on 15th August in USA and 18th August in Europe . When they weren’t busy taking down Dr Babylon and generally causing havoc around Seoul, they took a time out to show you a little more about themselves and what they can do.
Explore the city of Seoul with a team of three interchangeable agents, each with their own distinct look, sense of humor, weapons, and skill-set. Players can build their team however they choose, switching from Daisy, a mini-gun wielding, beer-swigging, foul-mouthed derby girl, to Rama, an immunologist with a futuristic bow and energy arrows, to Red Card, a psychotic football hooligan with a temper that can literally clear a crowd.
As you most likely saw here, we have now had a look at a good portion of the twelve hero roster for Agents Of Mayhem. I’m going to guess that we’ll get a full breakdown of the characters and their abilities over the coming months. Seeing as each is supposed to have completely unique powers, skills, and weapons it would make sense that Deep Silver would want to entice us more with each in detail. We need to build a team of three to make it through Agents Of Mayhem so we need to start planning out as far in advance as we can. I know I’ll need time to figure out the group I’ll be swapping through until the end.
How do you feel about Agents Of Mayhem so far? Do you need to know more about the game before you make a final decision or have you been sold since you first saw it like I was? What do you think of the new characters that we had to see here even though there wasn’t much of a breakdown for them? Let us know all those thoughts down in the comments and then get ready for Knight Rider to show up soon. As more for Agents Of Mayhem is talked about or shown off, we will have everything we can up on the site for you. Be sure to stay locked in here so you can be as up to date as every other Tom, Dick, and Harry out there in the gaming community.
