Pre-orders for the next Metro title have opened up, so you can secure your copies of Metro 2039
We were teased with the collector’s edition for Metro 2039 before now, but there was not much in the way of when or how to snag all of that. All of that or if 4A Games and Deep Silver were going to offer up other version so of the game for us to experience out there. After waiting a little bit of time, though, it looks like the pre-orders are now open for all of the different versions of Metro 2039 for us all. So, get ready to snag which one you would like so you are fully ready to experience the game on February 4th of 2027 when the full title launches on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Now that we have the when, let us all look at what you will be able to score well before all of this is finally wrapped up.
The pre-orders that are ready are for the core version of Metro 2039, the Deluxe Edition, and the Collector’s Edition of the game. The Collector’s Edition would be the one that has the wearable Spartan Helmet in the mix of things, along with all of the digital assets and other bits that the Deluxe Edition of the game will have. Those will also be the usual concept art books, soundtracks, and other little cosmetics for the game. In addition to all of that, it does look like there will be some story expansions to Metro 2039 in the future that will be part of the bigger editions of the game. All of which will also be released in 2027 after the game has been out there for us all, so that will be a nice little addition to pick up along with all of the physical items. Which, of course, this will all be for the digital and physical versions of the core game. So, you will have all of the options you might need out there for this one. Have a look at the latest we have for the game now.

We recently revealed that Blueprints are a new feature in Metro 2039, encouraging exploration and allowing you to craft upgrades and attachments for weapons and gear. The Specialist Pack pre-order bonus, available for all pre-ordered editions, gives you the opportunity to unlock these early. There are three upgrades to choose from, but you can only equip one at a time – choose wisely!
The Deluxe Edition also gives extra loot for the discerning stalker – both the immersive journey in music – the official game soundtrack and the gorgeous visuals of the concept art book are included, for both physical and digital editions. Not to mention access to the Story Expansion DLC to be released in 2027.
