Kingdom Hearts fans will be able to add the entire Kingdom Hearts library to their Switch this coming February
If you thought that Kingdom Hearts was out there enough already on the various platforms and editions, it looks like we have one more to come to us just in time for the 20th anniversary. As you should have already been able to figure out already, we are getting the games on the Switch via the Cloud service that Nintendo has for us. This is most likely the fastest way for Square Enix to bring us all the Kingdom Hearts we could want to the platform. All of which is available to pre-order now for a release date of February 10th. If you are in a mad need to get the full list of titles on the system.
As one should have assumed too, we are going to be getting every bit of Kingdom Hearts here with HD 1.5, HD 2.5 Remix, 2.8 Final Chapter, and Kingdom Hearts III all in one spot. This also gives us all the DLC that has been released out there to date too. That is one massive pile of games to have here. Just to add a bit more to the list of things too, pre-ordering will give you access to the Advent Red Keyblade to use in the game. It will give you just a bit more to love and use in the mix as we wait to see if we have more for the IP or if there will be a full new platform to come along in the future too. I guess we just have to wait.
Kingdom Hearts — Switch Cloud Version
To kick off celebrations for the 20th anniversary of Kingdom Hearts, Square Enix and Disney announced that fans can now pre-order four beloved Kingdom Hearts titles coming to Nintendo Switch via cloud on February 10. Cloud versions include Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC), and the all-in-one Kingdom Hearts series collection for Cloud. By purchasing Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC), either as a standalone title or through the all-in-one collection, players will receive the Advent Red Keyblade for use in that game.
Were you waiting for Kingdom Hearts to come to the Switch here or will this only be for a small section of gamers out there? Is this Keyblade going to be the best way to entice us to drop the money on all of this or will you need more? Do you suspect that the game will hit every platform out there in the near future or will it just be a way to keep the money flowing in? Tell us all what you are thinking and then feel free to discuss it all in the comments. If we have more for the Kingdom Hearts IP out there, we will drop it all on the site for you. Please just keep checking back in for all of that and much more.
