The announcement for High On Life 2 is here and it is offering up even more of the High On Life fun we all loved
The silly and alien humor is coming back at us in a full swing with the announcement we have for High On Life 2. A full-on sequel to the amazing title that Squanch Games dropped into the world not too long ago, and with some hilarious DLC to go with all of that. Instead of pumping out more to tack onto the end of that game, we are just getting a full sequel to High On Life to see just how our hero has been getting down with the bounty hunting business. Along with the various sentient guns and other weapons making a solid comeback. All for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC right out of the gate. No waiting around unless you have one of the systems that have not been placed on that short list.
In the current form, we do not have anything that feels like true gameplay for High On Life 2 to dig into as of yet, but we have a fun new video to give us a feel for the world and what new things to expect. Obviously, we are picking back up with our human, but this time it is a massive and evil pharmaceutical company that is trying to market human life as a cure-all for aliens out there. They also happened to put a bounty on our sister’s head, and we will need to take up all of the new and old arms to stop all of that. All of them voiced like they were in High On Life, of course, and now it looks like we will have a brand-new skateboard to use in the game. How that is better than a jetpack, I have no clue, but I have a feeling it will be a hilarious answer and story given as to why that all is. Have a look and then get ready to wait until we get some true gameplay and a look at the voice talent bringing it all to life again.
