We will be getting a blast from the past with Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin as we tackle the classic Quake Engine using modern day systems
This one goes out to all of your retro gamers out there as we have a new one, Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin, coming at you in a way that you may fully enjoy. This would be a new FPS title from KillPixel heading to the PC, PS4, and Xbox One at some point all crafted with the original Quake engine from so long ago. Yes, it is a step back in the world of game development but it does look like Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin will hit all of those feelings that you are looking for. At least if you are down for some old classic style gameplay but in a more modern setting. I hope you understand what I am saying here.
More or less, Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin will have us running and gunning through ancient crypts and sunken ruins with all kinds of weapons and hunting down ancient artifacts. You know, the basic style of gameplay we remember from back in the day but all set up to run in the modern-day systems. It is weird to think about as this is usually something set up for remasters or remakes, but Wrath seems to be breaking that mold. Have a look at the reveal trailer we have here and get a feeling for the game and just where it will be taking us this Summer. At least for the PC version at this point.

Do you think that this style of game will work out for those retro gamers out there or do they tend to go for the classics for nostalgia and not the new setting of it all? Let us all know down in the comments and then feel free to discuss. If we have more to share for Wrath: Aeon Of Ruin, we will share it all here.
