A whole of lot of new gameplay for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart came out recently and we can dive into a bit more to come with this Ratchet & Clank title
It seems fitting that since we opened the week with Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart that we are closing it out too. All due to the most recent State Of Play that happened and allowed for Insomniac Games to share a whole lot more gameplay than we had at the start of it all. Almost seventeen minutes worth of the stuff so we can see Ratchet & Clank doing their thing and then a little bit more on the character that we just had highlighted in the way of Rivet. If you have not seen any of that yet, do not worry as there is a whole lot more to Rivet in this gameplay dump that you will get to know the character much more as we see the dimension-hopping continue along the way.
Now that we are on the topic of dimensions here for Ratchet & Clank, we get to see a little more of all of that play out in the gameplay here on top of all of the normal platforming and shooting the IP is known for. One of the bigger highlights being that we can slide into other dimensions where things are only slightly different to grab or use elements back in the home one here. It looks like another way to allow for some interesting level traversals. Then there are also the pocket dimensions along the way that looks like will be the way we will be getting challenge areas in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. They only dip a little bit into the in the following video, but it does further expand on what we knew we were getting so it is fully worth the price of admission on this one.
