Heihachi is on the way back for Tekken 8 as the character was revealed during EVO to bring more pain to the Tekken landscape
Well, it is not the biggest surprise, but during EVO this year, we had the third DLC character for Tekken 8 get the reveal. Also, not the biggest of surprises, it looks like Bandai Namco is offering up another classic fighter into the mix. Heihachi is coming back from the dead to bring more of the pain and show us all how the story is far from over in the Tekken universe. As if death is ever permanent in games like this. They do need to keep us all hooked to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC just a bit longer with this fighting title. So, now we can get ready to see what else will be brought into the fight when this character does finally land out there.
There is not much really seen for the character in Tekken 8 as of yet, but we do get to know Heihachi is back somehow. All after seeing how many of the events of the core game have played out there in the title. Heihachi was tossed off a cliff in the past, so it is interesting to find out that did not stick in the past Tekken titles. Although, this is a character that it seems that players have been clamoring for and now you can get teased for it all for now. Have a look at the video we have that spoils some of the story and gets us ready for this next big bad character to start punching and kicking their way back into our homes.
Tekken 8 — Heihachi Mishima Reveal
Not all fights end in cliffhangers.
The story of Tekken 8 is far from over 👊
Did you expect to see Heihachi back in the world of Tekken or will characters never truly die in this IP? Will the character get a full overhaul from before or be more of the same that we have seen in the past titles? How do you suspect they will explain all of this for the story and will it make sense instead of just trying to offer up a “twist” just because? Fight it all out in the comment section and then discuss it all as you will. If we have anything more to share for Tekken 8, we will certainly share it all with you. Please keep on checking back for all of those updates and the many others that we will have down the line.
