Take Flight & Enjoy Some Freedom With Joy In The Darkness Of Directive 8020

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Brianna Young

Here is one more crew member for Directive 8020 in the mix to see how we will be going into space in the story of Directive 8020

The crew is further on display out there for Directive 8020 and now we are getting to see how we are making it into space with this one. That is, Supermassive Games is offering up one more look at the game and showing off the pilot that will be taking us all there. The same one that will be keeping us all safe on the flight and making sure we make it back safely. Well, as long as we all survive the horrors that will be stalking the ship in Directive 8020. That will put a bit of a damper on the day if we lose the pilot, so I guess it is good we are seeing who we will need to save when the game hits the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 2nd.

Here we get to meet Brianna Young, who is the pilot we have been talking about for Directive 8020 so far. She has wanted to fly her entire life, and this was the mission that let her honour her father’s legacy in the mix too. All while trying to cut her own path along the way. Just as most with ambition will always try to do out there. Well, at least that is the usual mindset of those who take aim at something like this. Although, it does look as if Brianna is going to have one of the rougher goes at it in Directive 8020, not just because of the role, but from the looks of things spliced into the intro video we have here. There looks to be even a doppelganger of sorts that starts to lean into the thoughts that we might be dealing with androids in the mix and not just some basic future tech for our crew. Now, it is time to meet Brianna Young for yourself.

Directive 8020 — Meet The Crew: Brianna Young

“I’ve always wanted to fly. The joy of it, the freedom of it.”

Pilot Brianna Young is one of Corinth’s most promising talents.

Driven, focused, and fiercely capable, she joins the mission to Tau Ceti f to honour her father’s legacy – and forge her own.

She’s one of a kind. Well, used to be.

Do you agree that it looks as if Brianna is going to have a rougher go of things in Directive 8020 or is the video just offering more of what all of the crew will have to worry about? If Brianna dies in the story, will that mean that the crew will never be able to make it home, or will there be a way for the other survivors to make it out? Do you think this helps with the idea that we are seeing androids in the mix here instead of humans, or will that be an excuse on how some of them will make it out but not truly make it out? Take flight down to the comment section to give us all of your thoughts on this and more. We will share what we can for Directive 8020 going forward, so please keep on coming back here to see and hear about all of it as we get closer to the launch date.
