The release date for the other console versions of Silver Chains is now set down to give more gamers a chance to experience the madness of Silver Chains
Silver Chains has been out there for some to play and experience for a while now. Over a year ago we had the first wave of gamers experiencing what Cracked Heads Games put together for us to drive us mad and now in a few weeks PS4 and Switch gamers will have their chance to go mad too. That is right, we have a release date for Silver Chains on those systems and it is January 29th. That sweet spot right at the end of the month to carry us all into the month that is not supposed to be about horror. Although, I would argue madness does go hand in hand with all of that so it checks out.
All jesting aside, Silver Chains is still coming out then and we also have a new trailer to look at for those that may have forgotten in the time since it first hit the PC. It is a game that will have us trapped in an English manor after a car accident not only looking for help but now trying to survive. Sure, there are some out there that may have had the story spoiled for them after all of this time, but that does not mean everyone has had it spoiled. Have a look at the madness that Silver Chains has ready for us and then get ready to add it to the library of horror titles to play when locked up at home still.
Silver Chains — Console
Headup and developer Cracked Heads Games announced that their first-person horror game Silver Chains is coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in just two weeks from now – the release date for both platforms is locked in for January 29th.
After a car accident, the main protagonist Peter finds himself trapped in an old English manor. He went there as it was his only chance to get help and shelter for the night, even if it didn’t look too welcoming. Soon he realizes that he’s not alone in there, something is lurking in the shadows. To find a way out, he explores the ancient building and it’s getting weirder with every door he’s leaving behind…
Using Unreal Engine 4, Silver Chains‘ graphics bring to life the hauntingly beautiful interiors of an early 20th century English manor. Victorian architecture plays its part in creating an eerie atmosphere that will keep you on the edge of your seat as you unravel the mysteries of this place and uncover pure madness.
Check out the Console Trailer that will give you the creeps by revealing some of the game’s supernatural creatures. Take a seat, crank up the volume and see for yourself!
Have you had a chance to play Silver Chains already or did you forget about it until now? Do you think that it will flow out there at the perfect time or will this be to shuffle it out during a time not generally known for horror titles? Will this get you to pick it up on a different platform to give it a try again? Let us have all of that feedback and more down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all as you will. If there is more to share for Silver Chains, you know we will have it here. Be sure to keep checking back for all of that and much, much more.
