Get a taste of what Mortal Kombat 1 will be bringing to us as long as you pre-ordered your copy of Mortal Kombat 1
In just over a month from now, Mortal Kombat 1 will be on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC for us all to enjoy. There has been a whole lot of hype for it and so much shown so far. Not to mention, NetherRealm Studios has teased us with a few betas for the game to experience as well as some other testing out there. Now, for those that have pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 1 already, you will have a little bit of a taste of what the game will finally bring on September 19th when it full launches out there. The pre-order beta test is upon us this weekend and is the shorter version of all of that.
Yes, those that have pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 1 will get their chance to see how the game will function in their homes between August 18th and August 21st. It is a short and sweet little run, but something that can be experienced if you are looking to just give it all a little bit of a pre-order in the first place. This does mean that we will see loads of the hardcore fans in the mix, and then maybe a few more that want to see how six of the Mortal Kombat will function in the game just a little early. Maybe there will be more, but the following teaser does only show us a few of them with the others being Kameos.

It is hard to tell, but it does seem like this beta test will also force us more into the Towers of Mortal Kombat more than anything online or freeform to experience. I guess this does make a bit more sense so there can be some dictation on how it all goes and flows out there. The team is still trying to balance things for the fighters and a bit more for Mortal Kombat 1, so this would be enough to sate the bloodlust of the fans while also getting some feedback on how some of them do function in the game. Even if it is really weird to not see Scorpion in the mix of fighters here. Maybe there will be more once the beta kicks off, but the above video does not make it feel that way.
How are you feeling about the roster of Mortal Kombat fighters we are going to get here? Do you think this will only be Tower fights or will the Towers just be another extra in the mix? Is it weird that we are not seeing Scorpion here or will that be a little surprise in the beta for some to unlock along the way? Head into the comment section to discuss all of that and everything else that is on your mind for this. We are going to keep a close eye on things for Mortal Kombat 1, so please keep on coming back to get those updates and many, many more in the coming weeks.
