A live-action trailer for Atomic Heart offers up a punch at the world while teasing some new gameplay for Atomic Heart
Gear up and get ready to go out the Atomic Way with the launch of Atomic Heart next week on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It is still coming out there on February 21st just in case you needed one more reminder for all of that. That is what Mundfish thinks is needed out there, as they have offered up a new live-action trailer featuring Jensen Ackles taking on the lead role. All of that and it looks like Atomic Heart will be punching fun at all of the other dumb stuff and current things in the zeitgeist as of now too. That is why I think we have a wizard that cannot do much against the robots, a balloon attack, and the various other elements mixed into it all too. Even if it does seem that would be hard to plan for and shoot for in such a short turnaround as it has been.
If the live-action stuff is not what sells you on the game, we do have a very short bit of gameplay at the end for Atomic Heart too. A very short bit that looks like it is a mixture of the rest of the footage we have had before now, but there is something in there to look at. Yeah, it is not much more than just a reminder for those that did not remember that the game was still coming. Unless this is a weird way of showing that Atomic Heart will be trying to lampoon all of the various genre elements while giving us a good title to shoot our way through. That feels a little doubtful unless the team is going to be trying to push as many updates as possible and as quickly as possible, but there have been weirder things out there. Nonetheless, have a look at the latest we have, and remember that you can be playing this game by next week if you have the money to throw down on it all.
Atomic Heart — The Atomic Way
The release of Atomic Heart, the hotly anticipated action-RPG set in the mad utopia of a fictional 1955 USSR, is finally within sight! We would like to celebrate the final stage of the countdown with a new video starring The Boys and Supernatural star Jensen Ackles. Join him in bringing your A-game for the most Atomic release of 2023!
Atomic Heart lands on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on February 21, 2023 🤖
Are you fully ready to give Atomic Heart a solid play or did you need this last little push to keep you going for it? Could we see some of these elements mixed into the game or is it all a topical video to help promote the game and nothing more? Would you want to see Jensen Ackles playing more of the role in the game or will this be the only time we get to see the actor playing things out? Head down to the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish to. More for Atomic Heart should be on the site as we get things, so please keep checking back in for all of that and everything else that we have to offer up. We will keep things flowing out there as best we can.
