S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost Of Hope has a few more environments out there to get us all ready for the upcoming S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 expansion
It is time to go exploring just a little bit more out there for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost Of Hope ahead of the August 20th release on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Not that we need to do much more to get excited for this one to drop, but GSC Game World is ready to give us all a little more to explore and get excited about for the game. As long as you were looking to wander in the Iron Forest and Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant in the universe of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. It would be hard to find many who would not want to do that, and now we have a solid tease to get us ready for the weirdness and firefights we can expect in a few more weeks from now. Let us all gear up and head deep into the Zone once more before then.
As you will be able to see in the following video for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, we are going to have a bit of an anomaly maze to explore as we head deep into the Iron Forest. One that we will need to be crafty and on full alert to make it safely through. Then there is the Nuclear Power Plant, which looks to have a little bit of the same, but way more enemies trying to fight back against all who enter the area. An interesting blending of the two ideas, and one that will help give us all of the tension and action that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has been able to give us up to now. Even as the team faces some harsher odds in the real world than our protagonist in this fictional one. But I digress. You can have a long look at these two new areas in the game that we are going to need to navigate in the following video. It does look like one of them might give us a few spoilers on how to handle the situation, but nothing that feels like it will spoil any of the fun.
