The release date for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival is finally set, with Hellraiser ready before this Halloween
It feels as if it has taken forever, but here we go with a release date set for Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival. This is something that I know I was expecting Saber Interactive to show off in the bigger reveals recently, but I am still glad we now get to know when it will hit the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. I could keep the pain of that knowledge a little more obfuscated for you, but I will just say that Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival will be launching on October 8th of this year. Hitting the sweet spot right before Halloween and all of the other big horror titles launching out there. Not to mention, missing some of the other initial launches for everything landing in September. Let us all hope this was the right choice.
I know I was one of those people out there who was worried that Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival was going to sit in a development hell for quite a while longer, given how long it has felt since we had the announcement for the game. Not to mention, all of the little updates here and there, but still dancing around the when. Now that we have the date, I am further excited to look into picking up one of the various editions of the game that will be on the way. Even if the Deluxe Edition of Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival does not have any details at this time. Well, beyond the few little pre-order items that we will have in the game when it launches. I know I am still looking further at the bigger Collector’s Editions that were announced back with the game. More so, now that I know there will only be a shorter wait to get them, and less likely to get burned as I have with other titles that took the same approach.
