Get ready to join the A.A.U. very soon, as we have a date for when the Early Access for A.A.U. Black Site kicks off
Drop one more in the bucket of body cam titles out there soon, with A.A.U. Black Site is getting a release date for the Early Access that it’ll be going into on the PC. While it might not be the full launch that many might have wanted to hear about, Raspberry Studio is making sure that we can get a solid taste of the game along with help shape it beyond just the gimmick of having the body cam lens. There’s that and the fact that we’ll be playing as A.A.U. Special Forces who are on the case when things quickly spiral into chaos, but I’m getting ahead of myself. Before we carry on, just know that the following is about to fire off on May 21st for those who want more than just a demo to experience for this title.
If A.A.U. Black Site is a new thing you’re just now hearing about. Let’s get you caught up to speed. It is another of the body cam titles, obviously, that will have us playing as a Special Forces character out there in the world, taking on a basic mission. As things always seem to do, we can have a video game, all manner of insanity and horrors come out to make us need to ditch the covert part of the mission and fight for our lives. We’ll be doing that through firearms and melee weapons, all while trying to figure out what happened at the Black Site we’ve been sent to. Obviously, this will lead to a deeper story, and many other things to find out in the grand scheme of A.A.U. Black Site, but for the Early Access, we’ll only have the first two chapters of that story. That could change over time, as well as be shaped based on player feedback, and all of the other usual things that go down for Early Access.
A.A.U. Black Site — Early Access
Raspberry Studio confirms that A.A.U. Black Site, its immersive bodycam psychological-horror FPS, will launch into its first Early Access development phase on May 21, 2026, with the first two missions available at launch.
Following a strong reception during Steam Next Fest, the team has been working closely with the community to refine and enhance the experience ahead of Early Access. Players will step into the abandoned region of Uzovnica as an operative of the covert A.A.U. Special Forces, where a routine mission quickly spirals into chaos. Intercepted, framed, and cut off from support, you are left stranded in hostile territory as reality begins to fracture around you.
Blending tactical combat with psychological horror, A.A.U. Black Site places players in a relentless fight for survival, captured entirely through a chilling bodycam perspective. Navigate claustrophobic environments, adapt your playstyle with a wide arsenal of weapons, and uncover the truth behind the Black Site.
This initial phase is just the beginning, with additional story chapters, weapons, enemies, and locations planned throughout Early Access, shaped directly by player feedback.
Wishlist A.A.U. Black Site is now on Steam, and download the final demo today to prepare for deployment when Early Access begins on May 21.
Are you going to hop into the role of this A.A.U. Special Forces member when May 21st comes around? Will more of the story flow out there as the Early Access carries forward? How much of the game will change over the course of this development? Will there be chapters in the game where we’ll be forced to go into stealth mode and have no access to weapons? Let’s hear it all out in the comment section down the page here. We’ll have what we can for A.A.U. Black Site as the cycle carries forward, so please keep coming back to the site for all of that. Watch all of our socials to see when that all goes live as well. You’ll want to keep as up-to-date on all of this as possible.
