The Little Nightmares fun is not over, as we have the reveal for Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes that will be landing very soon
The nightmares are carrying on around here, with the reveal that Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes is on the way for the PSVR 2 and various PC VR setups. Not just as in a port over from one of the previous titles, but in a new experience that Iconik is building with the likes of Bandai Namco behind the wheel a bit. All with the same little fun that Little Nightmares normally has, just in that first-person view that VR offers up. Not the way I would’ve thought this would go down, but I’m glad to see it is not just a weird overview of the game just that you can move around the side scrolling parts in a virtual space. I still don’t know why those games are even a thing when they never put you in a virtual world. Now I’m getting off topic.
Just as we have seen in all of the other Little Nightmares titles, this one will be taking us back into the creepy world that the IP has built up over the years. Along with all of that, there will be some of the platforming and various puzzles that we have grown used to in the games, just all in the first-person VR aspect that it should be. All so we can unearth some new truths to things and learn more of Six’s story in the universe. Not something that I’d think would be an easy task, but the following gameplay does make it look like it will flow just as well as we’ve seen for the other titles. Maybe with a little extra motion sickness if they haven’t ironed out those things by the time the game launches. Which, you can look to experience Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes on all of those platforms mentioned on April 24th. Quite a quick turnaround for it all, but I’m absolutely here for all of the VR fun that we can get out there.

Little Nightmares VR: Altered Echoes releases April 24, 2026, on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest, and Steam VR.
Were you worried that this might just be an overview look of the past Little Nightmares titles instead of a full VR experience?
