Have your first look at 007 First Light with Nvidia’s Path Tracing turned on to see just how great 007 First Light could look
It is time to move away from who will be in 007 First Light and take a look at how the game is going to look. Specifically, it is how the game is going to look on PC if you are able to run the latest that is out there from Nvidia. Not a terrible thing, but worth noting when it comes to what you are about to see from IO Interactive here, as the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch 2 most likely will not see the same results. Not that 007 First Light looks bad in the first place. It’s just that here we get to see how the new path tracing and DLSS 4.5 will change things up a bit for the PC crowd. Just on the visual side, and nothing massively to worry about, just in case you were wondering how it is going to all play out.
We’ve seen this kind of thing in many other titles before 007 First Light, and we’ll see it well after the game launches on May 27th out there. I’m sure of it. As is to be expected, it makes the resolution and lighting effects in the game a bit closer to that of a real-world setting, and can add to a little more player immersion out there. It does rather look like someone turned up the brightness and fixed whatever output resolution to the screen to me, but I’m sure I’m the minority in all of this. Those lucky enough to be able to snag some of the new graphics cards and the update that is coming at the end of the month for them to offer all of this will be glad to see 007 First Light will run well with it all. Something that you can get a slight feel for in the following video that was dropped out there with this little announcement. See how you feel about all of this.

007 First Light comes to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC on May 27th, 2026.
Earn the Number. 007 First Light is a thrilling espionage action-adventure game from IO Interactive. Follow James Bond as a young, resourceful, and sometimes reckless recruit in MI6’s training programme, and discover an origin story of the world’s most famous spy.
Is the hype real enough for all of this to be added into 007 First Light? Will this push you to play the game on the PC instead of any of the consoles you might have? Is this just a feature that so many out there will never get to experience outside of videos like this? Can you truly see the difference in any of the visuals, or do you just claim to see them truly so you aren’t the odd one out? Let’s discuss it all in the comment section. I’m hoping to see more of the actual gameplay highlighted for 007 First Light in the future, and I’ll add it all to the site as soon as I see it. Please keep following along here and on all of our socials to not miss out on any of those updates that are coming down the line.
