A new deep dive into Invincible VS is out there to highlight how each of the Viltrumites will play differently in Invincible VS
Given that the roster of fighters is made up by so many Viltrumites in Invincible VS, it is probably a good time to take a look at how they are going to differ when we play the game. The show does a great job of showing the different personalities, but Quarter Up needs to figure out a good way to carry that over and not have each just feel like a skinned version of the same character. These are “Superman” type beings in the Invincible universe, so it would make sense that all of their powers are going to be the same. The latest video we have specifically shows how Anissa & Lucan will be different from the others we are going to play with on April 30th for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
So, even though they are all strong, they are all fast, and they all can fly, what makes each of these fighters stand out in Invincible VS? For Lucan, it is the fact that he will tend to be more of a close-grappler character for us to fight with. He might also like to throw a bit of his extra weight around to deal a bit of damage and humiliation. As it comes to Anissa, she seems to be diving into using more of the speed Viltrumites display, along with the pointed chops that can be seen all of the Invincible show. Everyone in the army fights that way; it is the training, but with this character, it is more about making a point along with the damage. Not to mention cause some extra emotional pain from being slapped around in the area by a character that is effectively a goddess.

Were you expecting much more from the Viltrumites in Invincible VS, or does this all fit with what we have seen before? Do you wish that we did not have a majority of the roster filled with these characters, as Mark does fall under the same banner when it comes to powers? When will we get to see some of the other characters that are not on this power show up, and still be able to hold their own in the fight? Let us have that discussion in the comment section down the page. More fighters should be on the way for Invincible VS, so keep an eye on the website for when we are able to drop all of that. Watch our social channels, as well, for all of the other fun we are going to have along the way out there.
