MARVEL Cosmic Invasion Offers Up A New Look At How The Gameplay Will Flow

MARVEL Cosmic Invasion — Behind The Gameplay

A new behind-the-scenes look at MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is out there, so we are better prepared for the coming Cosmic Invasion

We’ve seen the characters and the inspiration behind the upcoming MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, so now it is time to dig into the gameplay we are going to get. Gameplay that looks to further expand upon the genre while Tribute Games also gives us all something that feels like we can master it right from the start. Not in a way that will make the game non-challenging, but in a way that will have us diving in deeper on December 1st when it hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC. If that interests you more, join us as we have a look at how things have evolved to the state we are in for the game.

When it comes to the basics, it looks like MARVEL Cosmic Invasion will function like many other beat-em-up titles that are out there. What things are going to be changed up a bit is that there will be many more vertical rails for us to worry about when it comes to the combat. All in more of the characters we get to play with can fly too. That and that if we choose to play as a single player in the mix, we will have the ability to swap between two different characters as we play, so we can not only make those dream team-ups, but also make sure we can attack all around. Granted, having the other three players in multiplayer would make that easier, as long as you can find them. Thankfully, it looks like MARVEL Cosmic Invasion will have a drop-in and drop-out system for the multiplayer, with the game scaling up or down on the fly to make sure it stays challenging the whole time.
