An early access for Grave Stakes is kicking off soon, and more contestants are going to be needed for Grave Stakes
Those who need a new killer game show in their lives can start to get excited for Grave Stakes to finally land out there on the PC. This is that little title that Wild West Games have been cooking up for us, which will allow for four to eight players to try and compete for some big money out there. Not just in the usual obstacle courses, and the weird games that we have to play. I am sure Grave Stakes will have some of that, but the bigger hurdle will be that we will have “unique hosts” trying to help us all end with our living. That little chestnut. Maybe even more, as the Early Access for the game starts on December 1st, so we need to make sure we are fully ready for it.
There is no mistake that Grave Stakes is certainly a smaller title and from a smaller studio, so it makes sense that you might not have heard of this one as of yet. On the surface, it looks like it would be another horror asymmetrical game out there, but it seems that we will always have one player surviving the horrors that are in the game. No matter which of the three locations and “hosts” we will be facing out there. All so we can win big prizes and money to move on to the next round. Presumably, so the rewards can carry over for each winner and loser, but it would be a fun twist if Grave Stakes reset for everyone as they die along the way. I guess we will know for sure when we see the game kick off in a few weeks in the Early Access. If you need to see more before then, well, we have a nice little video for you to watch just a little lower to get you all hyped up for it.

Does the gameplay loop for Grave Stakes excite you, or does it sound like a title we have played many times before? Will we see more “hosts” as the game development cycle carries onward, or will they only focus on giving us the three in the best way that they can? Would you be curious to see if there is a permadeath system in the mix for this game, or would that make players not want to keep coming back for it? Let us have all of that discussion in the comment section below. As more comes out there for Grave Stakes, we will certainly try to keep you as up to date as we can. Please keep coming back here to see and hear about all of it as it makes the run out there. We do love some horror around here, and this game show does look like it could add a little extra to the world.
