The fifth chapter for Poppy Playtime is on the way, and there is a new teaser for this part of Poppy Playtime just for Halloween
The Playtime facility is about to pull us all back in, with the announcement and teaser for Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 dropping into our video game candy bags just before Halloween night kicks off. I’m sure there was some extra method to this madness from Mob Entertainment, and I’m all for it here. Especially as it looks like we are going to finally get to play through the aftermath of the last four chapters of Poppy Playtime in this one. Even if it does seem as if there is something even darker roaming about and pulling the strings out there. All on the PC when it is ready, and we can presume that it will head to all of the consoles at a later time, just as all of the other chapters have. Once we have that update, it will be here. Now we’re just going to dive into the facility again and see what horrors are on their way to us in the new chapter.
The teaser that we do have doesn’t seem to dig too far into what we will be doing in this chapter of Poppy Playtime, but it does show off a lot of creepy places and scenes we will need to head back and deal with out there. Especially since there is The Prototype stomping around the grounds still, and new denizens who are surviving the world of it all out there. Maybe they’ll be able to help, or maybe they are just more of the horror in disguise. We’ll have to figure that all out as we play with the usual mechanics we’ve had in Poppy Playtime since the first chapter. All so we can solve the various puzzles and defeat the various bosses who’ll always be in hot pursuit of us. That’s never a great place to be, but then we wouldn’t have a game to play if we didn’t have that driving us forward. Mob Entertainment has officially pulled back the curtain on Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 with a chilling new teaser trailer and the launch of the game’s Steam and Epic Games Store pages. For the first time, fans get a glimpse at the aftermath inside the Playtime Co. factory laboratory where the chaos of Chapter 4 left off.
