The launch for Beneath is here, and we have one more push to see the nightmares that will climb up from Beneath
The day is finally here, and we are able to take the dive into the horrors of Beneath. This is that Lovecraft-inspired survival horror title that Camel 101 has been gearing us all up for, just in case you have been mixing it up with other titles that sound similar. It can happen, but now you know, and we can head out there into the dark. Well, at least the PC gamers can as that version launched today, October 27th, with the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S version dropping tomorrow, October 28th. Yeah, Beneath has a split release, but thankfully, it is only by a day and not one of those titles that will take a year to get out to the consoles. All in time for Halloween is the best way to look at it all.
If you fall in the camp of having to wait an extra day to be able to play Beneath, well, we can start to dig up some of the secrets from the depths in the game right now. As long as you are okay with seeing some of the FPS action and a little more of the horrors that will be haunting the facility at the bottom of the ocean. All of which is in a gameplay and launch video format to experience. As these video games are often associated with. All of this is to better serve as a reminder that Beneath is launching out there, and not to show off anything that might spoil the fun and horror of the experience. That is always the worst, especially when it is on the day that we are supposed to be taking a dive into the new titles. But, I digress. Have a gander at the last video we have for the game and then get those diving suits on to experience it all.
Beneath — Launch Trailer
The deep keeps its secrets, and its dead…
Beneath is OUT NOW on PC, and launches October 28th on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S – celebrate the launch of Beneath with a launch trailer that is a love letter to the golden age of shooters and 2000’s vibes.
Beneath is a Lovecraft-inspired survival FPS built by two brothers. Scarce ammo, merciless enemies, and a sense of the unknown combine in a 10+ hour, story-driven single player campaign, built for both veteran gamers and those seeking an old school experience.
Seasoned diver Noah Quinn’s routine expedition plunges him into chaos, trapping him in the depths of the ocean, where an ancient evil lurks. As supplies dwindle and nightmarish creatures close in, Noah must confront horrifying mutations and unravel a sinister conspiracy that threatens humanity itself. With his daughter’s life hanging in the balance, Noah is pushed to his limits in a desperate race against time. Can he uncover the truth and stop an ancient horror from surfacing, or will the abyss consume them all?
Will you be taking the plunge into Beneath today, or will you be waiting to do so just for Halloween out there? Do you think that the PC gamers will spoil the game for the console gamers, or will that be the same level of dodging we always have to do with the internet now? Will we ever see the game hit the Switch down the line, and will that be the release that we get next year for it all? Sink lower down the page to the comment section to discuss all of this and more. We are down to see more for Beneath, and will share it all here as soon as we have something. Please keep your eyes locked to the site so you do not miss a single update.
