The release date for A Better World is now set, with A Better World Company opening up in the coming month
If you ever wanted to be a Time Stream Manager in the universe, well, your time will soon be now with the release date set for A Better World. That sounds weird, I know, and it is also off that a game about slipping in and out of time still has some time for us to wait. It just shows that Ludogram and ARTE France have not mastered that aspect of time as of yet. Just the ones we will be using in A Better World when it hits the PC on November 18th. So, just a little over a month. Maybe we can blame some of the time slipping out there as to why we still need to wait, and the game didn’t just pop up when it was ready. Either way, it is time to get excited for it all out there.
If this is your first time hearing about A Better World, let’s walk through what it is and why you should be excited to see the game releasing. The core premise of the game is that we are a worker in a company that helps keep the flow of time under control. We are also tasked with changing certain events and watching how they unfold to see if it would make for a better world out there or just destroy reality as we know it. Choices and everything, all while playing as a similar title to The Stanley Parable as the team has been able to describe it. It sounds and looks like it will be a blast to play with, and you can see the latest video for it all just a little further down the page. Have a look, and then suffer the extra time of waiting until the full version of the game launches into our timeline out there in a little over a month.
A Better World — Release Date
Welcome to A Better World Company! We are thrilled to have you as our new Time Stream Manager to help us make the world a better place. Since you’ll be joining us pretty soon, here is a quick rundown of your future responsibilities and some info on our company.
Your tasks as a Time Stream Manager:
Travel back in time. Use and master our Computer, the most powerful time machine ever created! Thanks to this marvelous device, you will be able to travel centuries back in time: from the Jurassic period to the Space Race, or from Ancient Greece to the French Renaissance, you can explore thousands of years in just a few seconds!
Change the past. To complete your assignments, you will have to make decisions at key historical moments. Stop JFK from being assassinated, give the nuclear bomb to Gandhi, send humanity to Mars rather than to the moon… and analyze the consequences to make even better choices afterwards! Just… please avoid causing a premature apocalypse, if you don’t mind.

Climb the ladder! Each of your completed assignments will be evaluated by our HR Team and given an employee score. When your score is high enough, you will be authorized to access the upper floors of our office building… unless you manage to really screw things up. As we encourage employee empowerment as part of our corporate culture, you will be able to restart assignments if you think you can achieve a better ending and thus, a better employee score. So if you’re just dying to see the building’s 7th floor… you know what to do.
