Beneath Gives Us All A New Demo To Play With No Way Out

Beneath — No Way Out

A new demo for Beneath is out there for us all to experience, as we get ready for the chaos to come with Beneath

The darkness is starting to crawl up from the deeps, as we have a demo out there for Beneath. A demo, that seems to only be out there on the PC, even as we all wait for the full game to land on the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, when Camel 101 is done with it all. That is still set for some time in the Fall here, but that does not mean that some cannot check out what is going on in Beneath. Unless they do not want to be spoiled on any of the ten-hour core game once it is ready. Then, they might want to skip all of that and just take in the latest video we have for the game out of the most recent showcases going down as we type these words. So, let us do all of that now.

With all of that said, there is not much else to really dig into for Beneath, as the game is a fairly straightforward survival horror title on the surface. It does lean into more of the Lovecraftian thing as we all head down to the bottom of the ocean out there. All so our protagonist, Noah, can figure out what nightmares are going on and how to stop them before they are no longer held down on the floor of the ocean bed. This will push some limits for the character, and some for ourselves as we hunt down ammo and other gear to stay alive in Beneath. Thankfully, it does sound like it will be a shorter experience and not one that will keep us on edge for weeks. At least in terms of the gameplay. Having nightmares for weeks will be based on your own personal mental fortitude. Have a look and see if you are going to take the dive in.

Beneath — No Way Out

The Beneath Demo Is Out Now!

Beneath is a Lovecraft-inspired survival FPS built by two brothers. Scarce ammo, merciless enemies, and a sense of the unknown combine in a 10+ hour, story-driven single player campaign, built for both veteran gamers and those seeking an old school experience.

Seasoned diver Noah Quinn’s routine expedition plunges him into chaos, trapping him in the depths of the ocean, where an ancient evil lurks. As supplies dwindle and nightmarish creatures close in, Noah must confront horrifying mutations and unravel a sinister conspiracy that threatens humanity itself. With his daughter’s life hanging in the balance, Noah is pushed to his limits in a desperate race against time. Can he uncover the truth and stop an ancient horror from surfacing, or will the abyss consume them all?

Will there be no way out of this in Beneath, or is that all just a fun way to help hype the game up a bit? Why do you think the game will only run for so many hours, or will that be the limit that many of us will be able to bear in the mix of things? How replayable will all of this be when it launches, or could it only be a one-and-done event for us to experience out there? Let all of that sink in, and then take the discussion to the comment section. There will be more for Beneath, I am sure, so please keep on checking the site and all of our social accounts to see and hear all that we can bring to the surface for you. I think that will be my last ocean and water pun for now.
