The Brujah clan is coming into the fight in Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2, with the next playable clan we will have when Bloodlines 2 launches
The list of clans keeps getting marked off as we get to learn more about them in Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2. We have had the Tremere and the Ventrue so far, and now we are getting more knowledge thrown our way from The Chinese Room with the Brujah. The Learned Clan out there in the World Of Darkness, and one of the more brutal ones as well. Depending on which path they are going to go with in Bloodlines 2, that is. Now we have a bit of a run at just what they are going to offer up to the game on October 21st, when it lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. They do feel like the good choice to head out there and fight the power with speed and fists, when their mouths aren’t filled with brilliant words…
While it does feel like they are leaning into the “Learned” side of things here in the video for Bloodlines 2, it does look as if the disciplines we will have as the Brujah tend to be more combat-focused. Like the ability to Taunt everyone in the area to attack us in hand-to-hand combat. There is the ability to throw a whole lot of punches very fast, and stomp the ground to cause a minor earthquake. Both have some grounds in the tabletop for Vampire: The Masquerade, so that is a nice change of pace here. Add in the quick rushing Charge and the ability to feed that Spark Of Rage within, the Brujah certainly seem like the combat monsters in Bloodlines 2 if you want to get close and dirty with things. Not to mention, there is a focus more on them being the Anarchs in Seattle instead of the true “Learned” members of the city that keeps getting tossed around.

The action-RPG video game is the sequel to the cult classic Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines. Vampire: The Masquerade — Bloodlines 2 lets players step into its story through two distinct, alternating perspectives: Elder vampire Phyre and Malkavian detective Fabien.
The Chinese Room brings you a new glimpse into the Learned Clan. Meet the Brujah characters of Seattle and see Phyre’s fists in action.
Brujah starts with “Celerity,” “Presence,” and “Potence” as clan affinities, and “Brutality” as the passive ability. Then, as the game progresses, you’ll be able to unlock the following Brujah disciplines:
- Taunt: Compel an opponent to attack you and drop their weapon if armed.
- Lightening Strike: Unleash an unstoppable hail of punches.
- Charge: Surge forward, grabbing an enemy and using them as a battering ram.
- Earthshock: Slam the ground with explosive force, flinging enemies into the air.
- Spark Of Rage — Clan Perk: Killing enemies without feeding still activates your Clan Passive.
