Take A Bite Of A New Demo That Is Out There For Digested

Digested — Demo

The bodycam horror title, Digested, has a new demo out there to give us a taste of what is coming to us in Digested

Talk about a title that felt like it slithered away from our minds, but now Digested is out there with a whole new demo for us to experience and see how this bodycam horror title will play out. This would be the one that has us running for our lives from a giant snake. A snake that, if it catches us, will do exactly what the title of the game says it will do. That also looks to be part of what we will get to experience in Digested and not just have something cut away as we get devoured in the world. We will know for sure now, as the demo is out on the PC and offering up a small slice of the gameplay currently. So, if you remembered this was a title on the way, head on out there and see if the demo is going to be worth your time and effort.

If you missed the original announcement we had over a year ago for Digested, this is a short, but replayable, intense survival horror title that is using the bodycam style to add an extra level of realism to the game. We are in a facility that also happens to have a giant snake on the loose, looking for dinner. We just happened to be that dinner. We must now try to find an extraction point out of the facility so we are not Digested by this snake. A task that will be made a little harder, given that we will start each run from a new location, and the escape pod will also be randomized. Add in the fact that we will only have a map and a regular compass to navigate with, and we will need to rely on our actual memories a bit more to make sure we don’t get lost and are able to survive the run. Have a look and then pick up the demo to give it a try if it looks like something you will be fully onboard with.

Digested — Demo

Digested is a short, intense, replayable horror survival game that thrusts you into a heart-pounding scenario: evade a relentless giant snake determined to consume you. Digested sets you loose in an expansive, unpredictable environment, where your primary mission is to locate navigation points. These points are crucial, revealing the location of your extraction pod — your only means of escape. There will be no hand-holding or arrows to guide the way; only a map and a compass to navigate through the treacherous terrain.

As you uncover navigation points, you’ll gather various powerups, each offering a temporary advantage vital for outsmarting the serpent that stalks you. Moreover, each playthrough offers an entirely new experience. Starting locations, navigation points, powerups, and even the extraction pod location are randomized every time you play. Your strategy must adapt with each new game, challenging you to think on your feet, take calculated risks, and maintain focus.

Plan your actions carefully, navigate smartly, and whatever you do, don’t get digested.

  • Use First Person View Aa A Third Person View — Keeping an eye out is a good way not to get digested.
  • An Island To Explore — Roam freely, but stay alert to the ever-looming danger of being digested.
  • Watch Your Step — You’re only human. Stumbling around will get you digested.
  • The Terror Of Being Consumed Alive — Jump scares end quickly, but a slower, more agonizing fate awaits in getting digested.

Did you remember the original announcement for Digested we had in 2024? Are you glad to see that the game is getting closer to a release state of being? Will the maps be procedurally generated, too, or will it just be the navigation points and power-ups, too? Will there be an option to cut ourselves free from the snake? How many times do you think you can make the run before memorizing the layout of the whole facility? Slide on down to the comment section to discuss all of this and everything else on your mind. It feels like Digested is starting to pick up steam, so we can expect to see and hear a lot more for the game. We will have all of that here when it does come, so please keep an eye on the site and our social accounts to see that all goes down.
