A new look at Resident Evil Requiem takes us deeper into the world, and shows us that Resident Evil Requiem is coming to the Switch
The nightmare truly is for the living, as we finally have more to look at for Resident Evil Requiem. Enough to keep us going, but also just not enough that Capcom is truly spoiling much out there. At least beyond the fact of who we will be playing as in the game and that we will be exploring more of the amazing locations we have seen in Resident Evil before now. We are going to need something to keep going until it launches on February 27th, 2026, for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. Wait… yes… it looks like we have another title announced for the Switch 2 that many might not have expected out there.
This latest video for Resident Evil Requiem takes us a bit through the investigation that Grace Ashcroft is about to undertake, as well as some of the horrors we are going to encounter along the way. Some feel a bit basic for the Umbrella Corp., while others almost feel truly supernatural, even though we know that is not going to be the case. Unless they want to go for a first in Resident Evil Requiem with that. I would not be surprised if they did, given that it also looks and feels like they are blending the visual styles of a few of the games to keep things frantic, but also locked in to make sure the horror truly hits. Have a look at the latest we have for the game just below. Then go a little further down the page to see the same video captured on the Switch 2. That should help you to figure out if you are going to take this horror on the go or try to keep it isolated to your gaming room.
