Bad Cheese Is Getting Placed On Our Gaming Tables Very Soon

Bad Cheese — Release Date

The official release date for Bad Cheese is now set, and we will get to see if Bad Cheese will spoil us all with new horrors soon

It looks like we have a few bits of good news here for Bad Cheese as we get ready to see how this one will spoil a beloved IP now that it has hit the open market out there. This is the horror title that Simon Lukasik has been working on since Steamboat Willie hit the public domain and with Feardemic helping to bring it to market. Originally, Bad Cheese was only slated for the PC and PS5, but now, on September 1st, we will see the game released out there on the PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and Switch 2. Yes, we have a release date and a massive platform update for those who wanted to see a good psychological horror pop up just before the spooky season out there.

This is some amazing and fun new news to have for Bad Cheese, as it did sound like many might have missed out on the game in the first place. It is interesting to see that it has expanded as much as it has. All so more can get this dingy-looking version of the Steamboat IP in their homes, while also trying to figure out how to survive the horrors that the game will unleash. More so, as it looks like the character’s “daddy” will be a truly terrifying thing to have to run and hide from. All while doing other sickening tasks throughout the day of the game. As long as we can find the hidden action figures in Bad Cheese, collect all of the food, and make sure that we keep our dad asleep for as long as possible. Have a little sample of what is to come soon for the game, just a little lower down. Maybe this will be one of the good titles to come out after the IP hit the public domain, even if it is weird that all anyone can do with it is to place it in a horror setting.

Bad Cheese — Release Date

Bad Cheese is launching on September 1 for PC and ALL CONSOLES (PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch 1 & 2)

Bad Cheese is a psychological horror game inspired by the eerie charm of 1920s animation.

You’re in the bedroom (and adjacent rooms), trying to ensure your daddy can go to bed in peace. To achieve this, he needs your help!

You must also avoid making him angry—it’s hard for him to sleep if he’s busy punishing you.

Collect all the food, find the hidden action figure, and put your daddy to sleep.

And that’s not even the worst part of the house…

Step into the tiny paws of a mouse spending the weekend at home with a dysfunctional Dad while Mom’s away. Be on your best behavior and KEEP DADDY HAPPY.

Face Your Demons

You all live together. You, Dad, Mom, Brother, and the rest of the demons. Try not to cause problems so you don’t have to be punished.

Help Around The House

Scrub, sweep, clean, make fries, kill spiders, bring Daddy his pills—essentially, be a good kid.

Find Hidden Treasures

Explore the house and look for treats and action figures scattered around. This might be the only fun part about living here.

Just Try To Get By

Visit various parts of the house, face difficult situations, and experience the gruesome reality of a child-mouse trying to maintain a sense of normalcy in an abnormal household.

Did you think you were going to miss out on Bad Cheese, and are now glad to see it is hitting every current platform out there? Why do these public domain IPs keep heading to a horror setting, and will we get something different down the line next? Why do you think they are aiming for the start of September and not the end of the month to hit the Halloween time instead? Sneak on down to the comment section to discuss all of this and everything else that we have to muster up for the game. Now that we know when Bad Cheese is launching, we will certainly see much more for the game soon. Please keep on coming back here, or to our channels, so you can stay up to date on all that this title has to offer the world.
