Beneath Will Be Rising Up To The Consoles Officially Now

Beneath — Console Announcement

The console announcement for Beneath is officially here, so even more players can see the horrors flowing up from Beneath

Maybe I have gone a little mad, as I thought this was something that was announced before, but it does look as if Beneath will be getting a console release for the game when it launches now. Maybe this was something teased before, and Camel 101 was not able to fully confirm at the time, but I was fairly certain the Lovecraftian Shooter was hitting the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when it launches this year. All of that said, it is now confirmed, and it looks like this version of Beneath will also have a few of those fun little extras that the consoles are known to bring along with them when games launch out there. Let us dig into all of that now.

Now that the main part of all of this is out of the way, what does this all mean for Beneath when the game does launch out there? Well, it means that, at least on the PS5, there will be the addition of the haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, and the PSSR visuals as supported. All of that, and the team is aiming to have a base of 4K and 60fps on the consoles, which might shake some of those PC gamers who think that is the end-all-be-all for video games. All of which so Beneath can be the next title in the fun horror immersion that we are always craving out there in our video games. Or, just to make sure that we are all having a good time shooting up and clearing out the horrors of this deep-dive experience, our game character is going to go through out there.

Did you think that Beneath was coming to the consoles before this new announcement, or is this the first time you have even heard about this addition? Will the team be able to hit those marks and make it worth the time for console gamers, or should they just give in and head over to the PC gaming side of things? Swim on down to the comment section to discuss it all there.
