Death Relives is getting a little more immersive with a new companion app launching alongside the core Death Relives title
Here is a fun and unexpected twist coming for Death Relives when it launches on July 25th for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. We are getting a new little companion to bring along with us into the horror that Nyctophile Studios is building out there. Not a companion in the world that we can throw under the bus, unless we want to pay a lot of extra money, but a new app for the game to further immerse us into the world of Death Relives. Not just with the gameplay, but all of the lore that we will have to dig into with the game as well. Not something I would have expected from a title as small as this one, but still a fun little add-on for the game. As long as all of the following features work out just as the team is planning for us.
This new little app for Death Relives will be a free addition to the game, and will function just as one might assume. We will download it through a QR code and link the core game to the app. This will then allow for the game to send alerts and other lore tidbits to our real phones to flesh out the lore and give further context to things in the game. As well as allow some of the characters in the game to text and talk to us. Well, the more we listen or just read what they have to say. Except for one entity specifically in Death Relives that will be an AI chatbot that we can have conversations with about the game. Getting further lore, but also using it as a little bit of a guide to give us clues on how to solve tricky puzzles and the like. A fun way to immerse ourselves in just a bit more. It is a free thing, so why not give it a try? Unless they are going to be collecting and selling data for no real reason. Then, we might have a few more questions about how needed this is.

Was this ever expected for Death Relives to get a full app, and will it be a great boon to have when playing the core game?
