Learn how combat will flow in Cronos: The New Dawn with a new developer dive into just that topic in Cronos: The New Dawn
We have seen why we do not let them merge in Cronos: The New Dawn, but now it is time to see how we are going to go about not letting that happen in the game. It is finally time to take in some of that sweet combat and other elements of the game, as Bloober Team sets out to take us on a dive into the systems they have built. Yes, there will be guns, yes, there will be upgrades, yes, Cronos: The New Dawn is going to feel a little like many other games that have come out before it. Thankfully, here we get to see how it is going to stand on its own and only be using systems that are just proven to work, while making it their own when the game lands on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC this Fall. Get ready to dive right in.
Well, right out of the gate, Cronos: The New Dawn is going to allow us to play in a few different ways when we head out there. We can go in on the offensive, the defensive, or a solid mix of the two. All based on how we like to go into our survival horror games while also managing resources along the way. Thankfully, we will have a way to craft between ammo and other items during the run, so we can always have enough bullets or healing items, depending on how we want to run in. There will also be various ways to upgrade all of our gear, although this does show it only to be the guns we will have in Cronos: The New Dawn. Not terrible to have a couple fewer things to worry about, as we will have all manner of enemy types that range from fast, ranged, and tanks that will drain our resources if we do not plan perfectly. Kind of the same we see in many other games, only this one will add in the weird hybrids if they do merge.

Cronos: The New Dawn is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S this fall!
Have you seen enough for Cronos: The New Dawn to make up your mind on the game, or do you see how it is deviating from all of the other Sci-Fi horror titles we have had over the decades? How often will we get to upgrade our gear in the game, and will it be more often than we have seen in other titles, so we can survive a bit longer out there? Will resources be that limited if we can craft them on the fly, or will we have to go down weird crafting trees to make sure we have all of the little components to make the bigger things? Head on down to the comment section to discuss all of that and anything else you learned from the video above. There is still much more for Cronos: The New Dawn on the way, so please keep on checking in on the site and our social accounts to be able to keep up with us. Fall is not too far off, and you will want to be ready for all of these horrors within.
