A physical edition for Funko Fusion is on the way to the Nintendo Switch to give Funko fans a whole lot more to experience
The popper of The Pop! carries onward as we have one more release on the way for Funko Fusion and heading specifically to the Nintendo Switch. A new and physical edition of the game is on the way from 10:10 Games specifically to give those players something else to add into their collection out there, as well as give them the “definitive” version of the game to experience out there. There is no clear reason why the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC are not getting the same treatment, but it is what it is. On August 22nd, those looking to add Funko Fusion to their Switch collection can do so and also not have to worry about snagging most of that DLC out there as well.
Yes, this version of Funko Fusion is coming with all of the free DLC and most of the paid DLC built right into the game for us. From the description of it all, it sounds like we will be getting the bigger bundles like the Wicked, The Office, and Universal Monsters DLC dropped in, but it does also mention select other paid DLC too. All to add into all of the other IPs that Funko Fusion already displays properly in the front of the game, and then some of the hidden IPs that we need to head out and find in the mix. Some of those basic Pop Skins for our characters and others full-on levels for us to experience too. Funko Fusion — Deluxe Edition Switch Announcement
10:10 Games, in collaboration with Funko and Universal Products & Experiences, alongside physical distribution partner U&I Entertainment, announced Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition, a new physical release of the crossover action-adventure game inspired by Funko Pop! Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition will release on August 22, 2025, and is available to pre-order now at select global retailers.
Fans can expand their Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition experience with a special pre-order incentive that is now live with select retailers. Players who pre-order the game starting today will receive a special character DLC pack from the Pop! Fantastik Plastik range to download when the game launches. Funko Fusion Deluxe Edition is the most complete release to date and includes the base Funko Fusion game, every piece of free Funko Fusion DLC, and a selection of paid DLC, including but not limited to The Office Cameo Pack, Wicked Movie Packs Bundle, and Universal Monsters DLC packs. That’s not all, as this physical release will also pack in all game updates released to date and brand-new improvements, including an option to toggle gore to a more family-friendly set of stylized effects.
