A new look at FBC: Firebreak is here and showing us all of the hazards the job that the Firebreak department is going to need to survive
It looks as if things are not always as smooth and easy for the team within FBC: Firebreak. I mean, it would not be a great game if Remedy Entertainment did not throw a bunch of obstacles in our way to have to handle. That and it is also fitting for The Oldest House to do all of that too, given the universe we find ourselves in here. Well, when FBC: Firebreak does finally launch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. That is still slated for the Summer and one of the real-world hazards we are going to have to face. Just like the ones we can now see will be going on in the game. Not the best segway, but one to get us all back on topic for the latest that we have for the game. Let us dive right in and see some of the new gameplay.
All in all, this is more of a showcase of the various areas in FBC: Firebreak that we are going to have to face off with and more of the same hazards we have seen before. Killer Post-It notes and all kinds of fire going on in the building. Along with all of the Hiss that are still infesting the building and we need to help end with all of their existence. Do not think that means this is not something to look at, as it is still more of the gameplay we will get to experience and see how we will play our three-person operations in FBC: Firebreak. As well as planning on how to use the various elements in the environment to our advantage, to help along the way. Have a look and see just how it is all going to burn and flow once we have the game in our twisted little hands this coming Summer.
FBC: Firebreak — Hazards Of The Job
The Oldest House is teeming with dangerous paranatural hazards, like a Furnace spewing fire across the Maintenance Sector or pink Exogenic Mass that explodes if you touch it. It’s up to you, as a Firebreaker, to face these hazards with your friends, contain them, and get out in one piece.
FBC: Firebreak is a 3-player cooperative first-person shooter set within the enigmatic Federal Bureau of Control (FBC). As the Bureau’s headquarters faces a deadly and prolonged siege by otherworldly forces, only Firebreak — its most adaptable response unit—has the skills and courage to restore order.
FBC: Firebreak is scheduled to release in Summer 2025 for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
Did you expect something more for the Firebreak team here, or do you think the true hazards are waiting for when we have the final game in our hands? Will we have many more of the environmental aspects to help us along the way, or will it only be the simple things that we see here in the video that we will get to experience instead? What other parts of The Oldest House would you like to explore again, or will you only be looking for the new threats that have come with the new game? Take all of those thoughts down to the comment section to discuss and then let loose into the world. We are going to have a lot more for FBC: Firebreak in the coming weeks, so please keep on checking back here for all of that and everything else that we have going on. It is shaping up to be one amazing ride, indeed.
