We Will Face Our Fears This Summer When Universal Horror Unleashed Opens

Universal Horror Unleashed — Face Your Fears

Universal Horror Unleashed has an official opening date and gets us ready to face our fears at Universal Horror Unleashed

If there has been one thing we have been excited to pop up here in Las Vegas, it has to be Universal Horror Unleashed after it was announced. This is that year-round Halloween Horror Nights experience that Universal Studios was expanding out into the desert. All so fans can have those fun haunts all the time but also more of a horror experience than just walking some mazes. This is why I am so very excited to see that Universal Horror Unleashed is officially opening up on August 14th, 2025, with tickets available as you are reading all of these words. Yes, the building is still not fully complete but the confidence is there that it will be done, decorated, and filled with all of the “ancient artifacts” in a few months so we can all face our fears.

If the artifacts bit seems a bit out of place there for Universal Horror Unleashed, well, it looks like this experience will have some kind of overarching narrative mixed in. Just as many things do over at the Area 15 location in Las Vegas, NV. That is why we are going to have the four different mazes, themed restaurants and bars, as well as all of the scare actors popping out at us as we wander about the location. This is a warehouse where all of these horrors are being held. A nice little bit of extra for Universal Horror Unleashed just in case we needed something else to get us out of our homes and into a new world of darkness out there. Have a look at what is coming just a little lower down with the next best look at it all.

As it all looks now, the facility will be open every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday starting around 2 pm. Prices vary a little based on the day you go starting around $69 USD and up to $129 USD based on the package you go with. The lower price grants you access to all of the haunts once and then the rest of the facility with the higher option allowing participants unlimited access to the haunts in Universal Horror Unleashed until the end of the day. There is a slight discount for Nevada residents, so be sure to take advantage of that if you can. There is no listing if it is possible to just go inside without going through any of the haunts, but details are still new and why would anyone not want to have the full experience?

Are you excited to see all of this Horror Unleashed or will it be too scary for you to even think about enjoying? Would you want to go to the location just to hit up the bars and restaurants without going into the haunts and will that even be an option for the location? Scream your way into the comment section to discuss all of that and everything else that is on your mind for this new update. Most of the team lives in Las Vegas, so expect to hear and see a lot more for Universal Horror Unleashed as we get closer to the opening date and then beyond.
