A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week

Well… that was certainly a week out here and I know I am glad it is over and I can focus more on my video games at home. All of those and the ones that just had some big and small updates too. Like the new release dates we have for Assassin’s Creed Shadows and South Of Midnight. That or some of the other updates out there for No More Room In Hell 2 and DOOM: The Dark Ages. Most of which still a bit of a way away from full releases and joining the ranks of other video games, but all of them are a solid distraction from the horrors of the real world out there. It is all about that escapism as of now and we will be glad to get any and all that we can.

Heading toward the next week here, we do suspect we will have a few more massive announcements for various video games crop up as we close out January here. A little crazy that it is almost done and we will be moving into one of the darker months of the year. There is not much we have planned ahead of it all and with things going the way they are, it does feel like it is going to be a lot of the mundane updates and news we get to share. Maybe things will change, but given that we need to lean on all of these video games to clear our minds from the other horrors out there, I do not have faith that things are going to change at all. Maybe it is time that the species is unplugged and maybe plugged back in…
