Fans of Chernobylite can now help bring Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone into a full release state here right now
New challenges are on the way out there with Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone, and we are not talking about just with the issues going on in the game’s world out there. In this instance, we are talking about The Farm 51 getting the game over the final hurdles out there and releasing it on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Some of that is just more work to iron out minor things in the game and some of it is funding those hardships out there. That is where we can all step in, as the team has opened up a Kickstarter for Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone that we can all toss our money at and gain a few little extras along the way. This is not something we normally would try to push out there, but this is the endgame for the development and a solid way to secure those bigger editions of the game for the massive fans out there.
As of the original writing of this, the Chernobylite 2 was just a bit shy of passing the goal needed out there, and might be met by the time this goes live. I am sure that having some solid gameplay to show off for the game and then the many different goals that give you a collector’s or limited edition of the game out there play a solid role in all of that. That and the ability to join the team not only for the release party for the game when it comes in 2025, but also the chance to add yourself and have some level of a developer role with Chernobylite 2 is also a solid level to have in there. That and offering up all of the various demos to keep the games going is a good thing too. Given how small the team is and their location, this does feel like the only solution they have to actually get to the end goal of the funding instead of the usual pre-order options. So, if you want to see this game come to market, or just how it is looking in its current state, have a look at the video below to see if it is going to sell you further on the game or not.
Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone — Kickstarter Launch
New year, new challenges. In 2025, The Farm 51 plans to release Chernobylite 2, and they are doing everything they can to keep their word. Now it’s time to take the next step.
When they launched their first Kickstarter campaign a few years ago, they didn’t know what to expect. Ultimately, the response The Farm 51 received exceeded their wildest expectations. Thanks to your support, they managed to create the game of their dreams. Today they believe that this time they will succeed as well. Because they believe in their community.
Over the past few months, they have listened to many of our opinions about Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone and analyzed them meticulously. One issue was particularly important to you — about one feature that made the first part such a pleasant experience for players.
That’s exactly why they launched the Kickstarter campaign – to calm all those who feared that their vision might be heading in a direction that would not allow you to play the way you wanted. However, to do this, they need to ask for our support again. Of course, not for free 😉
On their Kickstarter page, you can read about the details of the fundraiser and their answers to the most important questions (including the ones in the comments). And most importantly, you can also check the prizes that can be collected for your support. There is a lot of good stuff!
Will you be throwing in money for the Chernobylite 2 Kickstarter or will you be holding off to pick it up after it launches out there? Do you think this is the best way to do a pre-order sort of thing out there or should this platform not be used for all of this in any way? When do you think this game will drop out there and will it be sooner in the year once this campaign ends out there? Head on into the comment section here and on their Kickstarter to ask and discuss it all. Once we have something more to share with you all for Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone, we will share it all here for you. Please keep on checking in for all of that and everything else that we can get out there. It is going to be a wild ride until we get to the end of it all.
