Anger Foot Is Kicking Its Way Through One Last Week

Anger Foot — Dev Log #6 ‘One More Week’

With the launch of Anger Foot this week, there is one more developer vlog to show off the final things the team needs to kick before Anger Foot’s launch

This week, we are going to see the launch of Anger Foot on the PC. That date is still set for July 11th and we all should know it well, as the teams over at Free Lives know it well currently. That will be when all of the judgment of the world will be on their latest game to see if it is holding up to what is expected. That is why we get to go behind the scenes once more for Anger Foot to check in and see just how they are all doing for it. That and to have one more look at just how the final run of a game should look like for those who are always curious about how the sausage is made for their entertainment. Let us have a look once more…

Sadly, this video does not show off much more for Anger Foot and more of the culture behind the game than anything. An interesting look as it feels like all of this went down last week but the team is still hammering out bugs, finishing up music, and various other assets that we gamers will be able to enjoy out there. An interesting look at how video games are still being made now with tweaks happening right up until the day of launch. Not anything new to know about, sure, but it is an interesting look at how even smaller titles like Anger Foot have the team working up to, and through, the launch date instead of just having a final product ready at launch and then correcting any issues that pop up after.

Anger Foot — Dev Log #6 ‘One More Week’

The Anger Foot dev team solves the last bits of pressure and polish in the final week before launch while they attempt to solve the mystery of the office nuts.

Developed by Free Lives (Broforce, Gorn, Terra Nil), Anger Foot is a lightning-fast hard bass blast of kicking doors and kicking ass. In this relentless first-person kicker you’ll crash through the caffeine-fueled fever dream of Shit City, putting the boot to a menacing menagerie of merciless gangsters.

Did you expect that a title like Anger Foot would be mostly done by the team before launch or is it telling of the industry that they still have a lot of work up to the launch of the title? Will we ever get to go back to the times of having a video game 100% complete before launch or will it always feel like we are getting the release candidate versions instead? If there is still so much work for the game, why not give a different release date for it? Head down to the comments to let your voice be read and seen by the world. If there is more for Anger Foot, we will try to drop it out there for you. We will most likely be seeing one more launch trailer before the launch of the game, so there will be that.
