New ways of loading up are coming for Resident Evil 4 VR that will put us all further into the horror of the Resident Evil IP
The horror is almost upon us here for Halloween and also the launch of Resident Evil 4 on October 21st here. Armature has been doing some great work to capture what Capcom brought us so long ago but in a VR space. Given the new space, that also means that many of the controls and features of the original Resident Evil 4 will be altered. Beyond the movement and basic trigger pulling. This is what we are here to bring you so you can see just how some of it will work and the crazy new feature of Holsters added in for Leon and to explain how we can have access to so many great toys while saving the president’s daughter. Not to mention many of the different fears we will have to overcome to make it through.
We have a few fun videos here to aim to explain all of this for Resident Evil 4 VR. Holsters are just what we would assume to make it easier to swap weapons on the fly without needing to open up the weapons case to do so. The thing that is a little more concerning is how we will need to reload. Specifically with the shotgun here. We will need to pick up and manually load all of the rounds into the gun, even when in the deeper mix of things. All to the point that we could drop the shells on the ground and then be left completely unarmed in the fights. This could fully amp up the horror of things for Resident Evil 4 than before. I am not sure if this is the best choice to go with for the fun factor of things, but it will certainly immerse us further into the world and role of Leon.

Have you been waiting for the release of Resident Evil 4 here and will you be loading it up tonight? Do you like the idea that you will have to reload extremely manually in the mix of things or will that lead to many ditching the experience? Do you think using the holsters will work as smoothly as they suggest or will we still stick to our favorite gun and never switch unless the game makes us? Give us all of that feedback down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all if you so wish. If we have more to share for Resident Evil 4 VR, we will add it to the growing titles on the site. Please keep checking back in for all of that and much more.
