Get ready for some extra fun in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chornobyl when S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 finally lands on the PS5
We have known that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chornobyl was going to head on over to the PS5 on November 20th for a while now. Something that fans of the IP have been waiting for and GSC Game World has been gearing up for over a year now to get us since it hit the Xbox Series X|S and PC. Now, out of Gamescom, we have the fun announcement that it is still on the way to the console and bringing with it a few new features that the others might not have. Some should be expected for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 and others that could only be done because we are getting the game on the PS5 and PS5 Pro. Let us stop holding back and see just what these new versions of the game will bring into the world. Even as the development team is struggling in the war that is still waging out there.
We can start with the basics that we could figure were coming in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, with the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback that the DualSense can offer up. Along with that, we have trophies and gyro aiming that isn’t totally new for the console, but packaged in a different way to fit the PS5. A few bits of audio that come native to the console, but could be handled using other methods on the PC. Especially when you see the way the Tempest 3D audio is functioning. From there, though, we have some of the PS5 Pro things for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, which will enhance all of the visuals natively on the console to further add to the deep world that has been built for us already. Again, something that I am sure the PC gamers could have if they had the right hardware, but something that will be added in on the Pro system, just in general. Have a look and a listen to how all of that will function in the following video we have for the game now.

Have you been holding off on getting this version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 for a while now, and will these new enhancements make up for the year of waiting? Will the PC gamers also get these features, if they have a system that can run them, or will it truly be just for the PS5 Pro gamers? Should we just always expect that our console “exclusive” games will make it over to the other platforms, and should we put that kind of war to bed? Stalk your way on down to the comment section to leave us all of those thoughts, and then discuss. If we get something new for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart Of Chornobyl, know that we will share it all here for you.
