New gameplay for Dying Light 2 is here to look at how things have changed and what we can expect this year for Dying Light 2
It feels like the night was insanely long here for something about Dying Light 2, but it looks like it was fully worth the wait. It was most likely the best call that Techland took their time getting these updates out for us and now we can kick back and see just what to expect when the game launches for us. A date that has now been set down with the inclusion of the PS5 and Xbox Series X to the line-up of the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Hold on and get your running shoes ready, as Dying Light 2 now hits us on December 7th with pre-orders already kicked off for those looking to secure things now. Thankfully, that is not where these updates end for this with a whole load of gameplay to look at and explore out there.
While it is new for Dying Light 2, in the gameplay terms, it does not look like we are getting much in the way of new features that could explain the length of the delay. It is all-new gameplay to look at here but it is all through the same lines of how the parkour will look, enemies will be out, and the various other factions doing their things in the area. It does look like they might have expanded a bit on how we will be able to change the world and maps of Dying Light along the way, though. That does look to be a bit more explosive in some ways and show off how our choices will have some real impact on the game. Not much more than what we have seen already from the past gameplay but it does show progress and, better yet, when we will be able to head back into this world. Have a look just below.

Were you expecting there to be a whole lot of new features shown off here for Dying Light 2 or do you think we will get these non-spoiler videos up to launch? Do you expect that the world will be as drastically changed each time or will it just have a few bits of impact and then some massive one along the way? Is it odd that we do not see more of the crafting systems here and the crazy weapons we have had from the last title?
