A new look at DOOM Eternal offers up a look at how this DOOM title will offer up loads of accessibility & UI customization options

Strap in and get ready as we have something more to add to DOOM Eternal here that may or may not rock your world. Is it new gameplay that shows off some of the visceral combat we will get from id Software here? Is it a look at how the lore is going deeper and Bethesda is giving us all what we have been waiting for? No. It is a nice and solid look at how DOOM Eternal‘s settings can be used to make sure all gamers out there will be able to play the game as they want or need to. Did you not expect that? Of course you did. Now sit back and watch as we see what we will get to play with on March 20th on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

All jokes aside, it looks like a lot of care has been placed into this DOOM when it comes to those options we spoke of before. What we have in the following video is all via the Xbox One version of the game and it offers up a level of control that many PC fans enjoy. We will be able to fully set up our controller scheme outside of the few presets we normally get amongst other options. The bigger ones here being those who may have some level of visual impairment but still want to be able to enjoy DOOM Eternal to its fullest. Sure, this may not be for everyone out there, but it is something those gamers that will need these options to truly be able to enjoy it all.
