A Storm Is Coming To Us With A Playtest For The Bornless

The Bornless β€” Official Playtest

The Bornless is bringing us all a new playtest this March so we can see where The Bornless is in development

Get ready for a massive storm to hit us all this coming March as The Bornless is bringing a new playtest to the PC. A new test to show off where the game has evolved to and to also help Cathedral Studios find any of the dark corners in the game that might be missed out on by internal testing. Along with giving players a chance to just see what The Bornless is all about given how little has been offered up to the world so far. It is an action horror that will have demons coming after us and a few other things for those looking to get an idea before diving in. Especially since space will be slightly limited and only around a thousand players will have that chance.

Those looking to get in on this playtest for The Bornless can head over to the Steam page for the game and register interest in this as of right now. Those who are selected will then have a chance to hop into the game on March 1st and March 2nd to see what all of the fuss is about. The fuss being that it is a PvPvE title where we will go into the maps to find loot and a way to kick off a ritual to bring a demon into the light. Once the ritual is done, that is where the next part of invoking the demon and slaying all of the other players in The Bornless comes in. All so you can then escape the map and claim all of the rewards for doing so. A fun little gameplay model that we have seen play out with great success before, so if the visuals below are anything to hype you up, you should be in for an amazing ride out there.

The Bornless β€” Official Playtest

Seekers, the time has come…

The next major playtest opens on:

  • πŸ“… Date: 1st & 2nd March
  • ⏰ Time: 2 PM UTC – 10 PM UTC

This time, A Storm is Coming.

You’ve arrived at Farmouth Island, a foreboding stretch of wilderness off the Massachusetts coast. Here lies the heart of The Bornless, an action horror FPS where the veil between reality and the abyss is perilously thin. Face off against other players, play as demons, and wield Black Magick in a battle for survival and supremacy.

Is this the experience you have been waiting for or will you be holding off until the full version of The Bornless is released out there? Will players always need to end each other in the matches or can all of them team up and share the wealth in the end? How many different demons will we see along the way in the playtest and then the final build of the game? Give us all of your thoughts about this down in the comments and then feel free to discuss it all. There is going to be more for The Bornless, I am sure, so please stick close to the site to see and hear about all of them. Especially after we are able to see how this massive playtest will fully pan out for the developers and the players alike.
