It certainly does feel as if co-op survival games are all the rage out there and here we go with Brutal Cube getting the same announcement to give us more for it all. A new title coming to the PC from Woziva that will have us playing together and working against a new kind of threat out there. As the title of the game alludes to, it is going to be a bit brutal. That is, Brutal Cube will be placing us all into a new survival situation where it is mainly the environment we will need to survive, but it could also be the other players if we are not too careful or paying close enough attention. Although, I am guessing if we are smart enough, we can work together and make it out of this messed up situation instead.
It looks like we are in the early stages of Brutal Cube‘s development, but we do get to see just how this world has been set up for us in a new trailer. There is a bit of that teamwork mentioned, but also a bit of that suspicion that we should have on if we are truly seeing allies in the world. Also if we are seeing allies in the gaming world since it does sound like Brutal Cube might be using a bit of AI to generate some of the content here. Not just in the way of keeping the game and world feeling dynamic, but it is listed that some AI was used in the generation of in-game images. That could be due to it being early in the development and needing something as placeholders, but something to clock and take note of. Even if it does feel like this could be a virtual Squid Games kind of deal when all is said and done out there. Have a look and see just what we are talking about here.
