The release date for Detroit: Become Human has finally been set down and with that comes a new batch of screenshots for Detroit: Become Human
After so much waiting, we finally have a release date for Detroit: Become Human and now we can look for the game on May 25th of this year. It looks like Quantic Dream was telling the truth about hitting that Spring of 2018 release schedule and now we know when we can get the game on the PS4. Happy days indeed for any of us out there that have been looking forward to Detroit: Become Human since first hearing about it. I know I have and am very intrigued by what I have seen so far. Not to mention the interesting story that seems to be in the works between the three characters we will get to play as in the game. Would “control” be a better way of saying it, as they are all androids and AI in the story of things?
In addition to the release date for Detroit: Become Human, we have a few new screenshots to look at for the game and also the option to start pre-ordering it. Currently, there are two different options for that. The basic version that comes with the game, a dynamic theme for the PS4, and the game’s soundtrack. Then there is the Digital Deluxe edition of Detroit: Become Human that runs $10 USD more but also comes with a Digital Art Book, a different version of the soundtrack, two extra dynamic themes, ten PS4 avatars, and a digital copy of Heavy Rain for the PS4. You cannot complain about that for the few extra bucks that will cost us as that is a pretty solid game in itself.
We are proud to announce that Detroit: Become Human now has an official release date: on May 25th, you will finally have the chance to get your hands on Quantic Dream’s most ambitious title to date.
In a dystopian vision of our near future, Detroit is the story of three androids, three machines designed to obey, who start to feel emotions. Confronted with persecution and the violence of society, they will all have to decide who they want to be.
Connor is a prototype designed to help human investigators on cases involving androids; Kara becomes a fugitive by empathizing with a little girl, united in their dream of freedom; Markus will become the leader of the android revolution.
The player will control all three in turn, taking control of their destinies, and telling not only their individual stories, but also the story of their people and of their world.
Did you expect Detroit: Become Human to miss the mark for release or did you figure that it would make the Spring date as promised? Do you think that things will get confusing with the multiple characters and many different branches we could go down? Do you think there will be a bigger bundle of the game or will this be the most we have to pre-order? Let us and the world know what is on your mind down in the comments. For more on Detroit: Become Human, though, be sure to keep checking in here as we will keep all of that information flowing to you as fast as we can.
