We have a new trailer for The Evil Within 2 just before the launch as well as a look at the first 15-minutes of The Evil Within 2
In only a few days now we will be diving into The Evil Within 2 and it has been one crazy ride from the announcement until now with so much being thrown out at us in such a short time. I am not complaining at all on this and I am still insanely excited to dig into what Tango Gameworks has for us here on Friday. Even more so now that we have yet another massive look at The Evil Within 2 through the launch trailer that Bethesda has just thrown out there as well as loads of “first impression” videos from all of the other preferred media outlets out there. Maybe someday we will be able to bring you that directly, but for now, we just have to deal with it all secondhand and just imagine what the game will be like in our hands at launch.
Let us start with the first new trailer here for The Evil Within 2. Like many launch trailers here, this one only gives us a bit more of a look at the story that Sebastian will be going through in the game but it also gives us a good look at Lily and how she will be involved in it all. It is no secret that she would be a key player in The Evil Within 2, but now we have a look at how she will crop up in a few very specific instances right out the gate. I say this based on a few other things out there that show you just what I am talking about, but I will keep those The Evil Within 2 spoilers for a bit longer and until after this trailer that does not seem to show off to much to leave some of the surprises hidden for a bit longer.
The Evil Within 2 — Launch Trailer
The only way out… is in. The Evil Within 2 is available this Friday the 13th, October 2017. Are you ready to return to the nightmare?
In The Evil Within 2, Sebastian Castellanos must once again confront unspeakable horrors within the nightmare born from the infamous STEM. This time, however, Sebastian’s mission is personal: He’s searching for his daughter Lily, who he thought he had lost many years ago, and it’s now a race against time as the world crumbles around him. Sebastian must rescue Lily before everything falls apart and they are both lost in STEM.
If you do not want spoilers for The Evil Within 2 in any way, then move right along to the bottom and skip the next video. Just make the jump and move right along as we are going to dig into a few of them now.
You have had your chance and now we will continue for those who wanted to keep reading on. As I mentioned, there are a lot of “first impressions” out there for The Evil Within 2 as of right now and what we have here is the first 15-minutes of the game to look at and see how the story gets set up. It also shows just how the Lily scenes in the launch trailer work into the story right out of the gate as we get to play through some of that fire that Sebastian thought took her life. It looks to be more or less like the startup tutorial to the game, but it gives us all the deeper part of the story that we will be starting and digging into. It spoils a bit more of the game, but not enough to make you fully hate yourself for seeing it all. Have a look.
