The Cosmic Invasion is almost here, and there is a reading list to get us up to speed for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion
Time is quickly counting down for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion‘s release, with December 1st coming up so fast. I am sure that many of you have already set things aside to experience it all out there when it does come. Maybe, some of you have thought about it, but are a little in the dark on the characters and story that you will be experiencing. That is where the latest from Tribute Games is coming in, so you have the chance to be fully prepped for this new cosmic invasion. All in a solid reading list of the comics before you dig into it all on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, or PC. You have a few weeks, so let’s see what you should have read by now so you have all of the lore.
While the following list of comics and graphic novels is not required for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, it is a robust list that will give you some insight into the reasons some of the various characters look and act the way they do. Most of them do lean into the current take on the characters due to the films and TV shows out there, but others do harken back to the looks they had in the ’90s with their costumes. All so we can dig into this cosmic invasion through a different telling of the Annihilation Omnibus trade paperback that will be the main focus for it all. Not in a way that would spoil the different story, as the paperback version is mostly about the cosmic characters in the Marvel universe, but to help ground you all in the fight that is taking place in various locations around Earth, if the story progresses to that point. So, a bit of the same, but with different locations and a few different characters. How fun.
