Some new insanity is out there in the Backrooms, with new apartments opening up for us to explore in Backrooms Level X
A new treat for all of us is out there, just in time for Halloween, with a new update for Backrooms Level X. A fairly large update at that, with some new areas for us to wander about and try to survive out there. Even if the Backrooms as a concept would be massive, it is always nice to get more when it comes to our video games, since they can’t be as massive all the time. Moreso, when it is all done by a single developer out there. Something even more impressive to note. All of that and for the low price of Free when it comes to all of this. So, get those downloads flowing for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC to dive further into all of this for Halloween. Now, let’s dig into the bag of goodies this update is bringing.
This new update for Backrooms Level X is giving us all two more levels to wander through, along with some various quality-of-life updates for the game. All to give us a more immersive feel when wandering through it all. Even if it does feel odd that we will have some new gravity manipulation features in the game to build into some new puzzles and things. A fun little twist to the normal mechanics that we would normally get out there. Given that the Backrooms are a place where physics and reality are twisted, it does make sense. I just don’t know how I feel about the motion of it all, and I can see a lot of gamers out there getting sick if it comes at us all in the way we can see in the video below. Firenut Games and solo developer José Manuel Conesa Hernández are thrilled to announce a major free content update for the acclaimed first-person survival horror title Backrooms Level X, available now on PC via Steam.
This new update deepens the horrors lurking within the Backrooms, introducing two additional levels, a gravity-shifting gameplay mechanic, and multiple quality-of-life enhancements.
