The darkness of Total Chaos is slightly ready for us all to experience with a new demo out there for Total Chaos
It is time to get ready for Total Chaos, as we have a bunch of new gameplay footage to look at, and a new demo is out there on the PC for those who are looking for something else scary to add into the Halloween fun. Sadly, this update does not come with Apogee Entertainment giving us all a solid release date for the game, but we’ll just need to be happy with what we are getting. Especially as we get to see this new demo and footage for Total Chaos, there will be spoiler parts later in the game, and not something that might hinder our excitement out of the gate for it all. An odd choice to go with, from the sound of it all, but with there still a lot of time between now and the release, things could change, and this is just them testing further waters out there.
Now that you know that you can go out there and play Total Chaos, we can see what level of immersion the game is going to give us in the end. It does all look like we will be running around in the dark and hiding from an arachnid-like being in the game. Making it from shadow to shadow, and needing to snuff out a candle as we make the run too. A little more intense than our normal stealth, horror, walking simulation video games that we have out there. Granted, this one is called Total Chaos, so it is expected that we would see some of that insanity along the way. All as the creepy audio mixing kicks in with giving some realistic sound cues for us to work out how far away the creature is and if we will have enough time to make the run. Nothing truly new to video games, but it does look as if it’s being put to amazing use in this title. Have a look at it all, or just head out to play the demo now.
Total Chaos — Indie Horror Showcase
The new Indie Horror Showcase gameplay trailer is set later in Total Chaos’ chilling campaign, where an arachnid-like creature pursues its protagonist. With just a small light source in hand, the protagonist has to hide in the shadows and avoid detection from the creature. As the gap closes between them, its taunts and twisted cries — and the thump of its many legs meeting the ground — get louder and louder…
Key Features of Total Chaos:
- Immersive Atmosphere: Explore the decayed ruins of Fort Oasis across nine harrowing chapters, each drenched in dread, plunging you deeper into its oppressive, decaying world.

Do you like what you are hearing here for Total Chaos? Will the demo only spoil things later in the game, or will it be shifted around by the time the final release is ready? Are we ever going to be able to fight back against whatever it is that is hunting us here? Will you be brave enough to give it all a go in the VR setting once that is ready for us to see how it is going to play? Sneak into the comment section to discuss all of that. We will have more for Total Chaos in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep on checking our social channels to see and hear about all of that. Even if it does spoil a small part of the overall game, I think I will be giving this new demo a go so I am fully ready for the final game.
