The launch for Tormented Souls 2 is finally here, and we can enter back into the world of Tormented Souls with a new blast
The spooky season is a little spookier now, with the launch of Tormented Souls 2 on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The perfect time for a game like this, if you have not been crushed during the month already with the various other horror games out there. We’re not here to talk about those, though, so we can focus back on what Dual Effect and PQube have cobbled together for us in this IP. As long as you have been looking for a new Tormented Souls game to try and frighten you. It is more of a throwback title than anything, with the level of realism that some might be looking for. Something that is exactly what is needed to drive home all of that terror, in my opinion. We’ll know for sure now.
Even though there was a demo out there to bring us all into Tormented Souls 2 before now, we do have one last video to look at before the playthrough videos start flooding the internet. A solid look at how this classic survival horror will have us exploring the town of Villa Hess with Caroline and trying to find her sister Anna out there. All while the abominations and monsters hunt us down. It’s a good thing that Caroline has some supernatural powers to go along with all of the firepower she will be carrying around out there. It would not be fair if that weren’t the case. Even if it does look as if the ammo will be scarce and the powers will need to come in as sparingly as possible. Resource management is always a massive thing in these kinds of games. All to keep the tension as high as possible out there. Bring your peepers a little further down the page to take all of that in, if you haven’t just picked up the game in general already.
