More of the gameplay for Little Nightmares III is here, as we get ready for the final release of Little Nightmares III
In just over a week from now, on October 10th, we are all going to have a chance to play Little Nightmares III on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. The release date has been set for a while now by Supermassive Games, and they have had a demo out there for a while to help promote this. That is not the news we have to offer up here, though. In fact, we have just a little bit for Little Nightmares III to look at to get us all ready for this dark tale to start and to see why we are not going to be alone in this journey. Beyond the fact that we will have the co-op options from the start of it all, but the story itself drives home the fact that we are going to be in fear if we do face these things alone.
Saying that feels a little weird now, as the latest video for Little Nightmares III shows us that all of these things are meant to be faced alone. Most likely, in a way, for the characters in the game to be able to face and overcome their fears out there. That is the narrative, though, as it looks like the game is going to focus on not having to do that, as well as how a support structure can help everyone head out there and overcome whatever is holding them back or driving fear into their hearts. Something that not everyone out there has in the world. It is a dark place out here, and it looks like Little Nightmares III might be delving into that to maybe teach humanity a lesson. Not to go at it all alone, or to force others to have to face things alone because you are filled with apathy. That, or maybe just a way to explain the gameplay that we have here. Is it weird to say do not go at it all alone here for Little Nightmares, given that this will be the first title that does not force you to play it alone? Will there be the underlying idea of helping others in need in the game, or is that someone looking for a deeper meaning in a world that treats them this way?
