BrokenLore: DON’T LIE Continues The Mythology Even Further

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE — Reveal

The next part of the BrokenLore mythology is on the way, with the reveal of BrokenLore: DON’T LIE

It feels like we only just had the most recent title in the line of these games, and now here we are with the reveal for BrokenLore: DON’T LIE. The next in the line that Serafini Productions is placing out there to keep us all enthralled in the world of psychological horror that they have built out there. Even if it is something we can all play on its own if we have not played the other BrokenLore titles. We will only be missing out on the meta-narrative that is going on, and all that. Something I don’t think will be as big a deal, given that this one will be available on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC when it launches. Something that not all of the other titles, as of now, can claim to have done. As long as my memory is not failing me out there…

The core of BrokenLore: DON’T LIE will place us in the role of Junko, who is trapped in her small apartment, dealing with some madness and some loneliness. Most might think this is something they need in life, but for Junko, this is only leading to hallucinations, lies, and other terrible visions that will make us all question some reality out there. This will cause us to explore and use quite a bit of stealth in this psychological horror title, so we can see how it will build into the bigger story of BrokenLore. Either that, or we will try to piece together all that is happening for Junko and end some of this madness. Given the universe it is all set in, though, it doesn’t feel like there are going to be the best of options to make it out in one piece. Have a look at the weirdness and the horrors that are on the way with this one in the following video for the game.

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE — Reveal

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE is a first-person psychological horror game. Junko lives trapped inside her small apartment, drifting between loneliness and madness as her fragile reality unravels. Lies, hallucinations, and terrifying visions blur the line between what is real and what is imagined, twisting the familiar into disturbing liminal spaces where nothing can be trusted. Not everything you see is real. Not everything you hear is true. Above all, remember: DON’T LIE.

Features:

  • Immersive First-Person Psychological Horror: Enter the fragile world of Junko, a young woman attempting to reconnect with two patients in a rehabilitation centre. A story-driven descent into paranoia, which will only lead to further delusions.
  • Exploration Phases: Search unsettling liminal spaces and eerie locations for clues, objects, and fragments of memory.
  • Stealth Sequences: Hallucinations stalk you. You must hide and remain silent to survive.

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE pushes deeper into the fragmented mythology that ties the series together. Despite being the part of a narrative web, the game stands on its own, and it invites old fans and newcomers to confront a new self-contained story full of deceit, paranoia, and fear.

The BrokenLore franchise has already captured audiences’ interest with DON’T WATCH, LOW, UNFOLLOW, and more. With DON’T LIE, Serafini Productions takes the series to new psychological depths, proving once again that the only certainty is uncertainty.

BrokenLore: DON’T LIE coming to PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.

Have you been playing the BrokenLore titles before now? Do you understand how the overall narrative is flowing out there, or is it hard to follow, as many other games like this can be? Will we ever get to see Junko have a happy ending in this one, or will it always lead to more darkness? How do you feel about your video games digging into these kinds of real-world issues? Let’s discuss all of that in the comment section below. I am sure that we are just about to start with everything that BrokenLore: DON’T LIE has to offer us, so please keep on checking here and on our social accounts to see and hear it all. Not to mention that we are heading into spooky season, so all of the horror video games are going to be on display here.
